Tell me what's going on with the phone. I'll call you back myself.

Call, text, email, or grab a time on the calendar below. It goes straight to me, not to a receptionist and not to a queue. I'm Drew. One guy, not an agency, so the person who answers is the person who calls you back.

Reach out before four in the afternoon on a weekday and you'll hear from me the same day. After that, or on a weekend, it's the next business day. If I'm already on a call, it might be a couple of hours. It won't be a week.

Reaching out doesn't sign you up for anything and doesn't cost anything. No contract, no setup fee, nothing to cancel.

No form to fill out. Pick whichever is easiest and I'll get back to you the same way.

The call

Twenty-five minutes, and it's a conversation about your numbers

There's no slide deck. There's nothing to sit through. I'm not going to hand you off to somebody else at the end of it.

What I ask you

  • What a typical job is worth to you. A service call, a repair, a full replacement.
  • How many calls come in during a week, and roughly how many of them you don't get to.
  • What happens right now when you miss one. Voicemail, a spouse, nothing.
  • Where you'll drive and where you won't.
  • How you get work today. Word of mouth, a general contractor, a directory, the Facebook page.
  • How many past customers are sitting in your phone with no way to reach them all at once.

What I do with it

I tell you what I'd build, what it would cover, and where I think the hole is. If your ticket is small and your phone is already handled, the math doesn't work and I'll tell you that on the call. If the leak's small, I'll tell you to keep your money.

What I won't do on it

I won't quote you results. I don't have outcome numbers to give you, and anyone who hands you a percentage on a first call made it up. I'll show you industry sources and I'll be clear about which ones are mine and which ones aren't. None of them are mine.

If a call isn't your thing, email me instead and I'll answer in writing. That's fine with me.

Before you reach out

Nothing here commits you

The guarantee, in full

Try it for 30 days. If you don't want it, for any reason, tell me and I'll refund the month. No conditions.

The 30 days start the day your site goes live, not the day you sign up. Any reason counts and you don't have to explain it. If you take the refund, the site comes down. That's the trade, and I'd rather say it now.

  • Calling, emailing, or booking a time does not sign you up for anything. It is not an order, not a deposit, and not a spot held. It's a conversation.
  • There's no contract to sign later either. It's $297 a month, month to month, cancel anytime. No setup fee.
  • You will not get put on a mailing list because you reached out. I'm answering you, not marketing at you.
  • If we get on the call and it isn't a fit, that's the end of it. You won't hear from me again unless you ask.
  • No contract
  • No setup fee
  • Cancel anytime
  • First 20 keep $297 for life

Texts and calls bill separately at cost through a prepaid wallet, roughly $0.008 per text segment and $0.018 per voice minute, with no markup from me. All of the pricing details.

Questions

Things people ask before they reach out

Do I have to be ready to buy something to reach out?

No. Plenty of people want to know what it would cost and what it would look like before they decide anything. That's what the call is for. I'd rather talk to someone who's still thinking about it than pressure someone who isn't.

What happens when I book a time?

You get a confirmation and a reminder right away. Tell me a little about the work when you book and I'll read it before we talk. If you don't, we'll cover it live. It's still one guy's schedule, not a corporate booking system, so message me if the time doesn't work and I'll move it.

I already have a website. Is this a waste of your time?

Not if you tell me that up front. Some sites are fine and just need someone answering the phone behind them. Some can't be edited because nobody knows the login anymore. Tell me which one you've got when we talk and I'll tell you straight whether you need me.

When will the text-back part actually work?

Your text-back turns on in about two weeks. Business texting has to clear carrier registration, and that takes one to four weeks with no way around it. I file it the day you sign up. The site, the form, the follow-up, and the review requests don't wait on that.

Can I just call you instead?

Yes. The number and the email are right on this page. Booking a time is easier for both of us because it holds a slot on my calendar, but if you'd rather just call, call.

Next step
