Terms

The deal, written down.

$297 a month. No setup fee. No contract. You can leave whenever you want. This page is the same thing I'd tell you on the phone, in the order a lawyer would want it.

The short version

Seven lines. If any of the long text below contradicts these, come tell me, because one of us made a mistake.

  • $297 a month, month to month. No setup fee. No contract to sign yourself into.
  • Cancel whenever. It takes effect at the end of the month you already paid for.
  • Try it for 30 days. If you don't want it, for any reason, tell me and I'll refund the month. No conditions.
  • Those 30 days start the day your site goes live, not the day you sign up.
  • If you take the refund, the site comes down. That's the trade.
  • Texts and calls bill separately, at cost, from a prepaid wallet. I don't mark them up.
  • The domain is in your name. Your photos, your words, and your customer list stay yours.

The whole thing

The full terms

These apply when you sign up. Paying the first $297 means you've agreed to them.

1. Who you're dealing with

Summit Intake Systems is the name on the door. Summit Intake Systems LLC is the legal entity behind it. It is one person, Drew, in Pensacola, Florida. Where these terms say I or me, that's the business. Where they say you, that's the business buying the service.

2. What you're buying

One service, six parts, one price:

  • A working website, 10 to 20 pages, on a domain in your name.
  • Missed-call text-back.
  • Follow-up on a new lead, so the person who just filled out your form hears from you right away.
  • Review requests after a completed job.
  • One-click campaigns to the customer list you already have.
  • On-site SEO.

There is no tier above this and no tier below it. Everybody gets all six.

3. What it costs

$297 a month. No setup fee. The first twenty clients keep $297 a month for as long as they stay, and that price does not move on them later.

You're billed monthly. The first charge happens when you sign up, and it repeats on the same date each month until you cancel. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

4. Texts and calls are billed separately

Message and call traffic is not included in the $297. It runs through a prepaid wallet you top up, and it draws down as messages go out and calls come in. The rates run roughly $0.008 per text segment and $0.018 per voice minute. That is what it costs me and that is what it costs you. I don't add anything on top.

A long text can count as more than one segment, and a picture message costs more than a plain one. If the wallet runs empty, messages stop going out until it's topped up. I'd rather tell you that here than have you find out on a busy Friday.

5. The build

It starts with a launch call that runs about 25 minutes. After that call, the build takes 7 to 10 business days.

What I need from you: your service list, the areas you drive to, photos of your own work if you have them, your logo if you have one, and answers when I ask a question. If I'm waiting on materials from you, the clock waits too. That isn't a penalty, it's arithmetic.

You review the site before it goes live and tell me what's wrong. I fix it. That back-and-forth is part of the build, not an extra.

6. When the texting turns on

Your text-back turns on in about two weeks. Business texting has to clear a carrier registration process first, and that takes one to four weeks. I file the paperwork the day you sign up. Nobody can pay to skip it, and I'm not going to promise you it will be faster than it is.

Everything else works before that: the site, the form, follow-up by email, review requests. If the carriers come back with questions, I answer them and keep you posted.

7. Month to month, and how to leave

There is no contract and no minimum term. Email andrewaltrip@gmail.com and say you're done. You don't owe me a reason and you won't get a retention call.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the cycle you've already paid for. You keep the service through the end of that cycle, and you aren't charged again. Outside the 30-day window in the next section, partial months aren't refunded.

When the service ends, the site comes down. The domain stays yours.

8. The 30-day refund

Try it for 30 days. If you don't want it, for any reason, tell me and I'll refund the month. No conditions.

  • The 30 days start the day your site goes live. Not the day you signed up and not the day you paid. You don't burn the window waiting on me to build.
  • Any reason counts. You changed your mind, you don't like the look of it, work got slow. No explanation required.
  • Tell me by email or on the phone and I refund the month you're in. There's no form to find and no conditions attached.
  • If you take the refund, the site comes down. That's the trade, and I'd rather say it now than surprise you later.
  • Money already spent from the prepaid wallet on texts and calls that were actually sent isn't refundable. That money went to the carriers, not to me. Whatever is left sitting in the wallet comes back to you.

This is the only guarantee I offer. If you've seen a different one with a different promise attached to it anywhere, it's old and it's dead. This is the one.

9. What you own

  • Your domain. Registered in your name. If you already have one, we use it and it stays yours.
  • Your content. Your photos, your logo, your business name, the words you gave me. Yours before, yours after.
  • Your customer list. Yours. Ask for a copy any time, including on your way out the door.
  • Your reviews. They live on your Google Business Profile, in your account, under your control.

The site itself is built and hosted as part of the monthly service, so it stays up while you're a client and comes down when you're not. That's the honest shape of a monthly arrangement and I say it out loud before you pay me a dollar.

If I set up a new phone number for your text-back and you later leave, tell me before you cancel and I'll do what I can to release it to you. I can't promise a carrier will allow every transfer, so I won't.

10. How you agree to use it

This matters more than the rest of the page, because messaging rules are real and the penalties land on both of us.

  • You only message people who gave you permission to message them. Your own customers, your own inquiries. Not a list you bought, scraped, or borrowed.
  • You keep a record of that permission, and you hand it over if a carrier ever asks.
  • You honor an opt-out. If somebody replies STOP, they're done, and neither of us gets to argue about it.
  • You don't send anything illegal, hateful, deceptive, or adult. No loan offers, no tobacco or cannabis content, no gambling. The carriers block that traffic and they're right to.
  • You're the sender of the messages that go out under your name, and you follow the law that applies to you, federal and Florida both.
  • You don't resell the service or hand your login to somebody outside your business.

Break these and I'll tell you once, plainly. If it keeps happening I'll shut the messaging off, because the alternative is losing the ability to text for every other business I work with.

11. What I don't promise

I won't put in writing what I can't do:

  • No promise of a position on any search results page. Nobody honest makes that promise, and you should be careful with anybody who does.
  • No promise of a number of calls, jobs, bookings, or dollars. I don't know your market, your pricing, or your crew.
  • No promise that a text arrives instantly every time. Carriers delay and sometimes drop messages, and that part sits outside my hands.
  • No promise of perfect uptime. The internet has bad days. I'll fix what breaks on my end and tell you what happened.

What I do promise is the six things in section 2, built properly, and a person who answers the phone.

12. Limits on what I owe you

The service is provided as it is. To the extent Florida law allows it, there aren't any implied warranties beyond what's written here.

If something goes wrong and you have a claim against me, the most I can owe you is the total you paid me in the twelve months before it happened. I'm not liable for lost profits, lost jobs, lost data held by somebody else, or anything indirect. That isn't me dodging. It's a one-person business, and the price is $297, and the number has to be finite for either of us to sign anything.

Nothing in this section limits anything the law says can't be limited.

13. If I have to end it

I can end the service if you break section 10, if a payment fails and stays unpaid after I've told you, or if I honestly can't serve you well. If I end it for a reason that isn't your fault, I refund the unused part of the month. If I end it because of section 10, I don't.

14. If these terms change

The date at the top changes with them. If a change affects what you pay or what you get, I'll email you at least 30 days ahead of it, and you can cancel before it takes effect. Founding clients keep $297 a month regardless. That one doesn't change.

15. Florida law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Anything that ends up in court goes to the state or federal courts serving Escambia County, Florida, and we both agree to that.

Before it ever gets that far, call me. Most of what turns into a lawsuit starts as a phone call nobody returned.

16. The rest

This page and the Privacy and SMS Terms pages are the whole agreement between us. If a court decides one piece doesn't hold up, the rest still does. If I don't enforce something right away, I haven't given up the right to enforce it later. You can't hand this agreement to somebody else without asking me first.

Said out loud

The parts people bury

Every line below is somewhere in the terms already. They're here again because these are the ones that cost people money when they find out late.

  • Cancel and the site comes down. The domain stays yours.
  • The refund window starts at go-live, which is in your favor, not mine.
  • Your text-back turns on in about two weeks. Carrier registration takes one to four.
  • Texts and calls are billed on top of the $297, at cost, with no markup.
  • I won't promise you a spot on a results page or a number of jobs. I don't have those to give.
Next step

Read it, then ask me the awkward question.

If something on this page reads wrong to you, say so before you pay me. I'd rather answer it now than have you find it in month three.

$297 a month. No setup fee. No contract. Cancel anytime. Try it 30 days from go-live and I'll refund the month if you don't want it.
