What I actually did
- Wrote and built all twenty-four pages.
- Put it on a domain that belongs to them, not to me.
- Did the on-site SEO work: titles, page structure, service pages, area pages, clean markup.
- Built the Google Business Profile from zero.
- Wired the contact form so a submission lands in one place with the calls and texts and opens a job that can be tracked.
What I didn't do
I didn't run ads. I didn't promise them a spot on any results page, and I'm not claiming one here. I don't have a number to show you for what that site has brought in, so I'm not going to invent one.

The day I started, there was no listing at all.
Not a thin listing. Not an old one with the wrong hours. Nothing. No photos, no reviews, no map pin.
What I built into it
- Created the listing and got it verified.
- Set the categories, the hours, and the areas they drive to.
- Wrote the description and the service list so it matches the site instead of contradicting it.
- Loaded photos of their own work.
- Pointed it at the website, so the listing and the site say the same thing.
- Set up the way review requests go out after a finished job.
It has picked up reviews since
Real ones, from real jobs they did. I'm not printing a count here. A number on this page would be me taking credit for their work, and it would be the kind of thing you can't check from your truck. Look the listing up yourself if you want to see it.
Say it plainly
A profile getting filled out is not the same thing as a phone ringing. I built the listing. They did the jobs. Anybody who blurs that line is selling you something.
What I can show you, and what I can't
Most sites like mine put a row of big numbers right about here. I don't have those numbers, so you get this instead.
I can show you this
- A live site with twenty-four pages on it. Open it, read it, tap the phone number.
- A contact form that I ran end to end on the live site and watched land where it was supposed to.
- A Google Business Profile that didn't exist before I built it.
- The exact price, the exact build time, and the exact guarantee, in writing, before you pay me anything.
I can't show you this
- Results numbers. Leads, calls recovered, bookings, dollars. I don't have them, so there are none on this site.
- Testimonials. Nobody has given me one. I'm not going to write one myself and put a first name under it.
- A wall of logos. There is one client and a few traded builds. That's the whole roster.
- A ranking promise. Not for Fortified, not for you, not for anybody.
The honest state of it
The system is built and I've tested it. It has not run for a paying client yet, so there is nothing of mine worth quoting. So I quote industry numbers with the source printed next to them, and I quote nothing for myself.
That's the trade of hiring somebody early. You get a price that doesn't move and you get me on the phone. What you don't get is a pile of proof, because it doesn't exist yet. The 30-day guarantee is there so being early costs you nothing.

Real work, done the same way as Fortified. Nobody paid me money for them, so I don't get to call them clients.
What "traded" means
Somebody needed a site. I needed the reps. We worked something out that wasn't a check. That's a trade, and a trade is not a sale.
The building was the same either way. Same page structure, same on-site SEO work, same domain in their name, same attention. What's different is what changed hands, and that's the part people fudge, so I'm putting it in plain type.
