The SEO work that happens on your own site. Done right, and sold without a promise attached.
Service pages, service-area pages, titles, markup a search engine can read, a sitemap, page speed, and your name and number matching everywhere. That is the groundwork. What a search engine does with it is not mine to sell.
Included in the $297 a month. No ranking promise, no date, no position. Nobody honest can give you one.
Six pieces of housekeeping, built into the site instead of bolted on after.
On-site means on your site. These are the parts of search work in my hands.
A page for each thing you do
Not one Services page with a bullet list. Water heaters gets a page. Repipes gets a page. Drain clearing gets a page.
A page for each place you drive
Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Pace, Milton, Navarre. Written about that town, not one paragraph with the name swapped out.
Titles and headings that say the thing
A title, a description and one heading per page, in the words customers use on the phone.
Markup a machine can read
A block of code spelling out that you are a plumber in Escambia County, your hours, your number. Schema, if you want the word.
A sitemap and a robots file
Every page listed and handed to the search engines, so a crawler finds all twenty and not the four it tripped over.
Speed, and the same details everywhere
No heavy scripts, no fonts off somebody else's server. Your name, address and phone identical everywhere, so nothing contradicts anything.
It means there is something on your site to find.
Somebody types gutter cleaning in Gulf Breeze into their phone at seven in the morning. Either there is a page on your site about that or there is not. That part I control. The rest I do not.
Nothing is left to guess at
A search engine does not have to work out what you do, where you do it, or which number to call. It is written down.
It is on a domain you own
A Facebook page, a booking app, a directory listing. That sits on somebody else's site under their rules, and it goes the day they change something. Work on your own domain stays yours.
That is what it does. No rankings, no traffic figures, no before-and-after to show you. One client, and I will not dress up numbers I do not have.
It happens during the build. There is no separate SEO month.
-
The first call
Twenty minutes. Every service you sell, every town you drive to, the words customers use. That is the outline of the site.
-
Built in as I go
Titles, headings, markup and structure get written with the pages, inside the same seven to ten business days. Nothing is billed later.
-
Submitted at go-live
The sitemap goes up and gets handed to the search engines. Your name, address and phone get checked against everything else of yours.
-
Kept up after
Add a service in August, a town in March, and those pages get written. Inside the $297, not a change order.
How long any of this takes to matter
Months, not weeks. A new site on a new domain has no history, and search engines are slow with both. I do the work correctly on day one and it sits there quietly for a long while. If you need the phone ringing Friday, this is not what does it.
What on-site SEO does not do
This is the foundation under the house. It is not the house.
- It does not promise you a position in anybody's search results, for any search.
- It does not come with a date. Anyone handing you a timeline is guessing.
- Handing over a sitemap is not the same as being kept. I can put every page in front of a crawler. I cannot make a search engine keep them.
- It is not advertising. I do not run ads and I do not buy clicks.
- It does not build links to your site, and I will not buy any. That is how sites get punished.
- It does not fix a phone nobody answers or a crew that shows up late.
Your Google Business Profile is a separate thing
It is not your website and it matters on its own. I built one from zero for my first client. No listing, no photos, no reviews the day I started. I set it up, filled it out, and it has been picking up reviews since. Bring yours up on the call.
The guarantee
Try it for 30 days. If you don't want it, for any reason, tell me and I'll refund the month. No conditions. The 30 days start at go-live, not at signup. Any reason counts. If you take the refund, the site comes down.
Tell me what you do and where you drive, and I'll show you the pages I'd write.
Book a time. You get the service pages and area pages I would build, and no talk about positions or timelines. Go look at fortified-assets.com in the meantime. Twenty-four pages, live, built the same way.
$297 a month. No setup fee. No contract. Cancel anytime. First twenty keep $297 for life. Build takes 7 to 10 business days.
