The website is the part you show people. The other five run in the background while you're on a job.
In the $297
- A working website. Ten to twenty pages on a domain in your name, with your services, your service areas, and photos of your own work.
- Missed-call text-back. A call you don't pick up gets a text back in seconds asking what they need.
- New lead follow-up. Somebody fills out the form and they hear from you right then, not the next morning.
- Review requests. The job's done and paid, so the ask goes out without you having to remember it.
- One-click campaigns. One message to the customers you already have, out the door in a click.
- On-site SEO. Titles, page structure, service pages, city pages, clean markup, done properly on your own site.
What doesn't cost extra
- The build itself is free. No setup fee, no deposit, no design fee.

One honest note on the domain
If you already own your domain, we use it and you keep paying your registrar the ten or fifteen dollars a year they charge. If you don't have one yet, I'll get it registered in your name. Either way the domain is yours, not mine.
The texts and calls are billed separately, at cost
Every message that goes out and every minute that runs through your number costs real money to the carriers. I pass that through and add nothing to it.

How the wallet works
You put money in it. It draws down as texts go out and calls run. When it gets low, you top it up. You can look at what it went to.
Eight tenths of a cent per text segment means a thousand segments runs about eight dollars. A long message counts as more than one segment, so I'd rather you see the rate than a made-up monthly estimate.
Why I don't bundle it
If I folded usage into the $297, then a busy month would cost me money and I'd start hoping your phone stayed quiet. I'd rather be on the same side of that as you. A heavy month never costs me a dime, so I never have a reason to slow anything down.
Your text-back turns on in about two weeks. Business texting has to clear carrier registration first, that takes one to four weeks, and nobody can skip it. The wallet sits idle until then.

What $297 does not include
Every one of these is something people expect to be in there. None of them are. I'd rather you read it here than find out in month two.
Not in the price
- Managing your Google Business Profile. I'll build one from nothing if you don't have one, the way I did for Fortified. Posting to it and keeping it up every month is not part of the $297.
- Writing your review responses. The requests go out. Answering the reviews that come back is you, in your own words. It should sound like you anyway.
- Running ads. I don't run ads and I don't manage ad spend. If that's what you need, you need somebody else and I'll say so.
- Monthly written reports. I'm not going to mail you a stack of charts to justify $297. You'll see your own calls, texts, and form submissions in one place and you can look anytime.
Why say any of that
Because a list of everything I do tells you nothing. Anybody can write that list. What tells you something is where the edges are, and those are the edges.
Two more I won't promise
I won't promise you a spot at the top of a search results page. Nobody honest can, at any price.
And I won't promise you a number of leads or a number of jobs. The part that answers your phone has never run for a paying client yet, so I don't have results to hand you and I'm not going to invent any.
Straight answers
When does the first $297 come out?
The first month bills when we start, and I begin building that day. Your 30 days to change your mind start later, on the day the site goes live, so the build time doesn't eat into it.
Is there really no setup fee?
None. No deposit, no design fee, no onboarding fee. A build is 7 to 10 business days of my time and it's in the $297. That's part of why the first twenty keep this price for life, and part of why I'm honest that I need them.
What happens if I cancel?
Tell me and it stops. No notice period, no cancellation fee, nobody calling you to talk you out of it. You keep the domain, because it's in your name. The site itself comes down, since the site is what you were paying for month to month. I say that before you pay me anything, not after.
Can I pay for a year up front and get a discount?
No. It's $297 a month, month to month, and I'd rather earn it twelve times than take a year of your money on the front end. If I stop being worth it in March, you should be able to leave in March.
How much should I expect the wallet to run?
I can give you the rate and I won't guess at your volume. A text segment is about $0.008 and a voice minute is about $0.018. What that adds up to depends on how many calls you miss and how many customers you message, and I don't know those numbers yet. Anybody quoting you a confident monthly total for that hasn't seen your phone.
Why is it $297 and not more?
Because I'm one guy with one client, and I'm buying a track record. That's the actual reason. The first twenty people who take the chance keep that price for as long as they stay, which is the only fair way I know to say thank you for going first.
